Whatever issue has your attention, we’ll Breathe into it and move that stuck energy.
We'll do introductions, some sharing in dyads (pairs), one round of Breath meditation, journaling and then share integration time together.

WOMEN’S DATING GROUP
2nd and 4th Thursday of every month
7-9:30pm, $300 prepaid for 3-month commitment
All women welcome
In this 3-month group with no drop in members, we will enjoy safe and intimate space to prepare for and engage in healthy dating. Through dyads (pairs) and group discussion, self-inquiry and journaling, we will:
CLARIFY what you do and don’t want
EXAMINE relationship role models
RELEASE limiting beliefs
DEEPEN self-esteem
DISCOVER your own wholeness
HONOR being sexual and single
CHOOSE authentic ways to make yourself available
